Building Managers Degree or Diploma in Accounting / Mahagement/ Facility Management, Civil Engineering, or other related qualifications. Min. 4 years working experience in building maintenance and management. Good interpersonal and communications skills. Computer literate.

Building Supervisors Min. 2 years working experience in building maintenance and management. Good interpersonal and communications skills. Degree or Diploma holder in any related fields will be an added advantage. Computer literate.

Admin Assistants Min. SPM qualification with 1-2 years of working experience in general / property management. Computer literate and fluent in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese.

Electricians / Handymen Certificates in Electrical / Plumbing / Construction are preferred. Candidates without qualification but have at least.3 years experience in related field may also apply.
